Three Sisters Package (12 DAYS)

The Three Sisters of India refers to the states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam & Meghalaya. They are home to some magnificent terrains, exotic flora and fauna, and diverse culture. We take you on a fact-ride through this amazing sisterhood!

Assam Dominated by the mighty Brahmaputra River, the state of Assam is the gateway to the northeastern part of India. Endowed with lush greenery, Assam India is renowned for Assam tea, silk, petroleum resources and rich flora and fauna, the world famous one horned rhinoceros and other rare species of wildlife on the verge of extinction. The dense forests of Assam are home to numerous animals and birds and one of the last wild habitats for the Asian elephants. *Kaziranga National Park, *Bramhaputra River Cruise, *Kamakhya Devi Temple, *Nabagraha Temple, *Umananda Temple, *Basistha Temple, *Bihu Dance, are the major tourist attractions in Assam.

Arunachal Pradesh Tawang, in Arunachal Pradesh, is the birthplace of the sixth Dalai Lama, Tsangyang Gyatso, an unconventional one known for his love of wine, women, and poetry. His poetry is widely read among Tibetans even today. Also, Bum la pass, a little ahead, is where the current Dalai Lama, 14th in succession, entered India, escaping from Tibet. *Madhuri Lake, *Bum La Pass, Sela Pass, * Jaswantgarh, *Tawang Monastery, *Kiwi Orchids &*Light & Sound show at War Memorial, are the major tourist attractions in Arunachal Pradesh.

MeghalayaMeghalaya is one of the most visited destination of north east, because of the diversity of natural aesthetic bounty here. It is considered the hotspot of all things cultural and natural existing in sheer harmony with the constructive human efforts. To date, it remains one of those rare locations that can be visited all year round and still over compensate every travellers thirst for a fulfilling retreat. *Mawlynnong Village, *Double Decker Living Root Bridge, *Don Bosco Museum, *Umiam Lake, *Mawsmai Cave, *Elephant Falls, are the major tourist attractions in Meghalaya.

Exclusion
  • Air fare is not included in the tour cost.
  • Meals between air journeys are not included in the tour cost.
  • Anything which is not mentioned in the inclusion
  • Bumla Pass entry fee (Rs. 1,500/- Per Head) is not included in the tour cost and totally depends upon the international border situation. If the situation is normal then you have to pay (Rs.1, 500/-Per Person) the amount in the tour.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival at Guwahati

Departure Pune /Mumbai for Guwahati by flight And Guwahati arrival and proceed to Shillong, after refreshment, Shillong local sightseeing (Wards Lake, Police bazar, Shillong market) and Shillong halt. (100km).

Day 2 - Cherrapunji

After breakfast, proceed to Cherrapunji (55km) and full day Cherrapunji local sightseeing (Thankharang Eco Park, Mawsmai Caves, wakaba Falls, Seven Sister Falls, NohKaLikai Falls, Koh Ramah etc.) and halt at Shillong.

Day 3 - Shillong

After breakfast proceed to Dawki (Bangladesh Border) Boat rider in the cleanest river and return to Shillong and halt. (On the way visit to Mawlynnong village & Root Bridge) (82 km)

Day 4 - Umiam Lake – Tezpur

After breakfast, departure Shillong on the way visit to Umiam Lake & Depart for Tezpur, Via Mhahamrutyunjay temple darshan (Tezpur is famous city for ancient cities and temples) Halt at Tezpur (245km)

Day 5 - Dirang

After breakfast, departure Tezpur for Dirang, via visit to bhairavnath mandir (On the way visit to hanging bridge on tenga river) Dirang arrival at evening and halt. (160 km)

Day 6 - Tawang via Sela Pass

After Breakfast, proceed to Tawang via Sela Pass (13,700 ft). Tawang arrival and Halt. (Evening visit to Tawang Monestry) (139 km)

Day 7 - Bumla Pass - Tawang

After breakfast, only after permission, visit to Bumla Pass (15,200 ft), Madhuri Lake( Shungatser Lake) Pencong Teng Lake which is located near china border. (If Permission is not granted by Military only stay in the hotel). Tawang Halt. (Evening visit to Light& Sound Show and War Memorial)

Day 8 - Dirang

After Breakfast, Departure Tawang for Dirang via Jung Falls, Dirang Monestry, and Jasvangarh War Memorial. Baisakhi Dirang arrival and Halt. (139 km)

Day 9 - Kaziranga

After Breakfast, Departure Dirang for Kaziranga Kaziranga arrival and Halt. (Evening Enjoy Assamese Folk Dance) (253 km)

Day 10 - Jeep Safari in Kaziranga national park

Early Morning, Jeep Safari in Kaziranga national park after breakfast visit to Orchid Garden. & visit to Tea Plantation and Departure Kaziranga for Guwahati. Guwahati Arrival and Halt. (204 km)

Day 11 - Guwahati Local Sightseeing

After Breakfast, Full day Guwahati Local Sightseeing like Kamakhya Temple, Umanand Temple, Brahmaputra river boating and Halt.

Day 12 - Guwahati

After Lunch, Proceed to Guwahati Airport via Balaji Temple. Departure Guwahati for Pune/ Mumbai. Pune/ Mumbai arrival and Tour End. (Hotel check out 12 noon)
